TLN Surf on Bleed Esports – “I think that team is so-so”

The spotlight shines on Talon Esports in the sixth installment of the ‘EMERGE’ series, guiding us through the Pacific region to reconnect with old acquaintances and meet the fresh faces.

SOUTH KOREA – The sixth installment in the ‘EMERGE’ series by VCT Pacific showcases Talon Esports. TALON has gone through considerable changes stepping into the new season in Seoul, adopting an international strategy while preserving their Thai roots. The induction of an up-and-coming talent brings a refreshing energy boost into the team.

In a light-hearted exchange regarding his former teammate Natchaphon “sScary” Matarat’s team, Bleed Esports, Thanachart “Surf” Rungapajaratkul humorously remarked, “Their team is alright. I believe I can take down all five of them on my own [laughs].”

The second year of the VCT Pacific League will commence with a KICKOFF event, offering the top two finishers qualification for the impending VALORANT Masters Madrid. Find out more about the KICKOFF event, scheduled for February 17-25, here.

“Talon’s roster alterations attracted a lot of attention during the off-season. The previously all-Thai team has taken on board Challengers NA player Governor, T1’s former member ban, ex-Team Secret’s lenne, and Surf from the erstwhile Xerxia team. Can Talon’s blend of international fresh talent and APAC veterans silence the skeptics?”
