The esports organisation Rogue has announced that it is teaming up with the Spanish esports organisation KOI, to “dominate esports in Europe.” As noted in a press release, Infinite Reality (Rogue’s parent company) is the one engaged in the strategic alliance, which will start in early 2023, and will see the two organisations combining their resources.
“Infinite Reality is delighted to partner with Ibai and Gerard to bring these two amazing organizations together,” said Infinite Reality CEO John Acunto. “We’ll continue to build upon the successes of these great teams to become the dominant force in esports and entertainment. The fans will be the ultimate winners in this transformative alliance.”
This all comes a few months after Infinite Reality completed its acquisition of ReKT Global (Rogue’s former parent company), which cost the company $470 million.
