The future course for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Esports has recently been disclosed, shedding light on a considerable transformation in their strategy. The spotlight of this relaunch is MSC, currently known as the Mid-Season Cup. This name change coincides with MOONTON Games’ mission of introducing “Esports for Everyone,” putting emphasis on inclusivity and diversification. The purpose is to invite global players to take part in one of the most highly viewed esports tournaments worldwide.
The Mid Season Cup, for its debut, will broaden its reach beyond Southeast Asia, stretching to regions such as China and introducing a more extensive lineup and an enhanced prize pool.
Get set for the thrilling year lined up, ensuring expanded inclusivity and diversity via several third-party tournaments and events. Over 2000 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang games will ensue across 55 different countries and regions, conducted by MLBB Esports teams, professionals, semi-professionals, and community tournament conductors. Significant events entail the Snapdragon Pro Series by EFG, MSC 2024, the MLBB Women’s Invitational, the M6 World Championship, IESF, and more.
Principal regions to be encompassed in the future tournaments incorporate Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, the Middle East and North Africa, East Europe and Central Asia, Türkiye, Mongolia, the Mekong Region (including Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, and Brunei), North America, Latin America, and notably, China.
The M6 World Championship will sustain its Wild Card Format along with the Group and Knock-out Stage, revisiting Malaysia, the origin of the M-Series. This event from November to December will feature more than 20 teams from over 20 different countries and regions, displaying more than 50 matches.
The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional Leagues and semi-professional tournaments will take place from February to mid-June, followed by another series in August and October, serving as qualifiers for officially permitted competitions.
