Will there be an EA Sports FC 24 beta?

On July 5, details about the release date for EA Sports FC 24, the new soccer franchise from Electronic Arts, was leaked, causing significant anticipation among players who are eager to delve into the beta and experience what EA has been creating.

According to trusted French leaker billbil-kun from dealabs, the expected launch for EA Sports FC 24 is Sept. 29. Previously, when EA partnered with FIFA for the FIFA soccer series, fans could access the beta more than a month before the worldwide launch. Is EA planning to adopt the same process for EA Sports FC 24?

Let’s look at what we currently know about the EA Sports FC 24 beta.

When is the EA Sports FC 24 beta release?

At present, EA hasn’t announced the official release date of EA Sports FC 24, nor is it known whether they will conduct a beta testing phase for the game. That said, EA has spent two decades producing the FIFA series, applying a similar pattern in recent years. Aggiornamenti Lumia, another credible leaker, leaked some details on the size of the beta, hinting that EA plans to conduct a beta for EA Sports FC 24, even though no official announcement has been made.

Typically, EA has conducted closed beta testing for FIFA over a month in advance of the formal release of the game, and it is probable that they use the same strategy for EA Sports FC 24, the first game they have developed after separating from FIFA in 2022.

Based on the leaked release date, it’s probable that EA will start a closed beta for EA Sports FC 24 sometime between Aug. 1 and 15. This would allow the developers sufficient time to gather players’ feedback and rectify any glaring issues before its launch. Invitations for FIFA closed betas were limited, so all that’s left for players is to hope for a greater number of invitations for the debut edition of EA Sports FC.
