He stated clearly that he would not abandon Esports for content creation.

The end of the M5 World Championship saw the unexpected rise of the Russian powerhouse, Deus Vult. Unfortunately, their journey ended in the Lower Bracket Semifinals where they suffered a definitive 0-3 loss against Blacklist International, crushing their dreams of making it to the grand finals.

Despite their early exit, Deus Vult completed the tournament impressively in 4th place, leaving a mark on the global stage and endearing themselves to fans around the world. During a post-match press conference, Deus Vult EXP Laner, Mathaios “Kid Bomba” Chatzilakos, revealed whether he will be diving into content creation or continue focusing on his esports career after his experience at this MLBB world-stage event. His future plans add an interesting twist to Deus Vult’s journey, keeping fans curious even after the end of the team’s tournament journey.

Kid Bomba weighs in on Esports vs. Content Creation

No one stood out at the M5 World Championship as much as Deus Vult’s Kid Bomba. His influence reaches far and wide in the Mobile Legends community, extending beyond just the battlefield. His dedicated fan base is testament to the effect he has made; some fans have even started using his in-game alias in homage to him.

After scoring a respectable 4th place finish at the M5 World Championship, Kid Bomba shares his career focus for the upcoming year. Despite the appeal of content creation, he wants to strengthen his career as a professional esports player.

“I will probably create content while playing pro… It’s where I find the most success,” he stated. “I don’t want to be a full-time content creator.”

He made it clear that he would prefer to continue in esports rather than redirecting his efforts towards content creation, stating he would “choose esports over content creation.”

Deus Vult secured 4th place at M5 World  Championship.

As the representative of the CIS region, Deus Vult achieved a significant milestone in all M-Series tournaments, hitting new heights. This is in contrast to the previous M3 representative, Natus Vincere (NAVI), which ended at 7th-8th place. The region did not participate in the M4 World Championship and only returned recently for the M5 World Championship.
