Overview of CDL 2024 Major 1
The CDL franchise team Boston Breach hosts the Major 1, which is the first out of the four Major tournaments the league has scheduled this year.
Teams compete for a significant share of both the prize pool and CDL points. These will be used to decide the top eight teams in the season standings who will proceed to the CDL 2024 Playoffs.
This season, teams face off in Modern Warfare III on PC. Players are allowed to utilize any league-approved controller.
Format of CDL 2024 Major 1
A double-elimination format is adopted for all 12 CDL teams.
Teams who are among the top eight seeds from the qualifiers will begin their journey in the upper bracket, while the bottom four will have to start from the lower bracket.
