Bleed Esports announced its final two players to finalize its lineup just before the DreamLeague Season 22 open qualifier.

Mikoto and poloson were recruited as the team’s mid-laner and position five support, respectively.

Dota 2 teams and organizations have been on a spree of reshuffling their rosters to find the optimal team combination. On the 8th of January, Singapore-based esports organization Bleed Esports declared Rafli “Mikoto” Fathur Rahman and Wilson “poloson” Koh as the last players to be added to their team for the 2024 competitive season, just before the Dreamleague Season 22 open qualifiers kick off.

Former team members Teng “Kordan” Tjin Yao, who left for Team Secret, and Tommy “Taiga” Le, who had a brief stint with the team, had left the roles of midlaner and position five support vacant.

Bleed Esports To Participate In DreamLeague Season 22

Join us in welcoming @mikoto347 And @polosonn, our new team members! Buckle up for a thrilling journey! We’ll meet you at the DreamLeague qualifiers!,” stated the organization in an announcement, introducing its new players and confirming their participation in the DreamLeague Season 22 Southeast Asia open qualifiers, due to commence on 9th January.

Bleed Esports’ Dota 2 team for 2024 consists of the following players:

  • Souliya “JaCkky” Khoomphetsavong

  • Rafli “Mikoto” Fathur Rahman

  • Natthaphon “Masaros” Ouanphakdee

  • Djardel “DJ” Mampusti

  • Wilson “poloson” Koh

Ex-Talon Esports player, Mikoto, who comes with an extensive experience, has been recruited by the organization. Mikoto, recognized as one of Southeast Asia’s top-notch players, has made his mark in key tournaments and achieved noteworthy standings, signaling business for Bleed Esports. His stint as a free agent following Talon Esports’ disbanding its Dota 2 team post their poor performance at The International 2023, disregards his significant feats with the team, such as securing the third spot at the Lima Major 2023, Riyadh Masters 2023, winning the DPC SEA 2023 Tour 2: Division I and BTS Pro Series Season 14: Southeast Asia in 2023.

Against this, poloson, previously a member of Myth Avenue Gaming, despite being part of recognized teams like Scythe Gaming, Nigma Galaxy SEA, Invictus Gaming, and Team SMG, has limited experience in the Tier 1 scenario. Though his experience in Tier 1 scene is limited, poloson has been a professional player since 2014 and possesses the potential to significantly contribute to Bleed Esports, owing to his prolonged understanding of the game.

The team which features three participants of The International in JaCkky, Mikoto, and DJ, it remains to be seen how well Bleed Esports gels and whether they can reach heights hitherto unclimbed. Stay tuned to keep up with the teams’ journey through the DreamLeague Season 22.
