Following four intense weeks of group-stage contention, the teams making it to the VCT Pacific Stage 1 playoffs have been decided.
These six teams have staked their claim as the best. With the VCT Pacific Stage 1 championship and the opportunity to represent their region at Masters Shanghai on the line, the stakes couldn’t be higher.
Stage 1 of the swiss stage (group stage) was dominated by the Korean teams. Gen.G Esports clinched the number one spot in Group Alpha with a 3-3 record, while DRX showcased their comeback to great form by posting a perfect 5-0 record in Group Omega, thereby securing the top spot.
Due to their outstanding performances, both Korean teams bypass the knockout stage of the hybrid-elimination bracket.

The VCT Pacific Stage 1 playoffs commence on May 3, 2024. In contrast to previous VCT tournaments, Stage 1 showcases a unique format.
The hybrid-elimination bracket will see the second and third placed teams from the group stage locking horns in a single-elimination best-of-three match.
After the knockout round, the playoffs continue with a double-elimination bracket.

The VCT Pacific Stage 1 2024 playoffs determine the teams from the Pacific region that will participate in the season’s second international LAN event.
The top three teams at the end of the playoffs earn the right to represent the Pacific region at Masters Shanghai.
