STEVENS POINT — The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) is set to reveal the 2022 seven-division 11-player and one-division 8-player playoff brackets on a live show on Oct 15. The hour-long show starts at 10 a.m on Bally Sports Wisconsin.
Regional analysts will be on the show to take part in the conversation. Wissports.net lead analyst Travis Wilson and Zaleski Sports’ Jason Zaleski are just two of the names that will partake.
There are a total of 224 teams that will take part in the WIAA 11-player playoffs. Teams will go through four games before getting to the State Championships at Camp Randall in Madison on Nov 17-18. Sixteen teams will qualify for the 8-player postseason, playing in three games before the State Championships. The 8-player championships will be played at Wisconsin Rapids High School on Nov 12.
