Panel: How highly do you rate Terence Crawford and where should he sit in the pound-for-pound rankings?

Linus Udofia (Middleweight contender)

He has got to be regarded as number one. He is just so complete; basic but complete. He jabs well, he carries power in either hand, and he can fight in either stance. He is very good at both attacking and defending and also good at turning attack into defence – and vice versa.

Tunde Ajayi (Coach)

Terence Crawford is, after the weekend’s performance, unquestionably the number one in the pound-for-pound rankings. He seemingly possesses every quality needed to hold that position and, not only that, he has the silverware to go along with it.

Denzel Bentley (British middleweight champion)

He’s the best fighter in the world and should be pound-for-pound number one. He’s got too much in his arsenal. He can fight both ways, he’s got power in both hands, and he can go both forwards backwards. He can adjust to any style is one of the best finishers in the world.

John Fewkes (Coach)

I am a massive fan of Crawford and I still think we have only seen glimpses of him in top gear. He makes everything look so easy, which is the sign of a top-drawer fighter. When they look like they are going through the motions against top 10 kids and making it look effortless, you know they are good. I would say he’s up there in the top two pound-for-pound and is probably number one.
