Former national team coaching staff Mickey Arthur, Grant Bradburn, and Andrew Puttick have resigned from their roles at Pakistan’s National Cricket Academy (NCA).
The trio were removed from their roles as director of men’s cricket, head coach, and batting coach respectively following Pakistan’s failure to make the knockout stage of the 50-overs World Cup in India in November.
They were instead placed in charge of the NCA with former Pakistan captain Mohammad Hafeez serving both as team director and head coach as Pakistan lost all three Tests during the recent tour of Australia.
“All three individuals informed the Pakistan Cricket Board of their decision to leave their respective jobs by the end of January 2024,” the board said in a statement.
“The decision was taken amicably between all the stakeholders.”
