JACK Catterall’s bout with Regis Prograis has been postponed due to an injury sustained during training. The fight was scheduled to take place at Manchester’s Co-Op Arena on August 24, with a new date currently being sought.
Both fighters were eagerly anticipating this match. Prograis recently faced a tough defeat against Devin Haney, while Catterall was looking to continue his momentum after defeating Josh Taylor in their rematch.
Unfortunately, this setback is a disappointment for Catterall, who has faced periods of inactivity throughout his career. Despite his victory over Taylor, it seems his luck has not yet turned.
Reports indicate that the fight may be rescheduled for sometime in October.
