SARANAC LAKE — Adirondack Daily Enterprise Managing Editor Elizabeth Izzo will speak at the Adirondack Center for Writing as part of its Friday Night Writes series next week.

Izzo, who recently earned the 2022 New York News Publishers Association award for Distinguished Editorial Writing and has been working in the journalism field since 2012, plans to share how she got into journalism, why she believes local newspapers and journalism are important, and share tips for writing editorials.
