David Kanerva
NORWAY — David Charles Kanerva, 34, of Norway, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022, at his home in Norway.
David graduated from Norway High School in 2006.
The things he enjoyed most were swimming, fishing, time with family and his mom’s homemade chili.
David is survived by his mother and step-father, Tamara and Charles Ranta of Beecher, Wis.; two brothers Eero Kanerva of Colstrip, Mo. and Bryce Brown of Iron Mountain; four sisters, Laura Kanerva of Kingsley, Kristin (Ken) Tryan of Gladstone, Bridget Brown of Iron Mountain and Becky Brown of Norway; he also has a large extended family.
He was preceded in death by his father, David V. Kanerva.
Family will greet friends on Saturday, Oct. 15, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Ortman Funeral Home in Norway.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Ortman Funeral Home.
