Max Verstappen, the reigning Formula 1 world champion, expressed his hope for a resolution in the investigation into Red Bull team principal Christian Horner’s alleged inappropriate behavior, saying it would be beneficial for everyone at the team.

In February, Horner was placed under investigation by Red Bull GmbH following an allegation made by a female colleague. Despite denying the allegations, Horner participated in an interview with the investigating specialist barrister, but no resolution was reached.

Verstappen, who had been restricted from commenting on the matter previously, finally addressed the situation, highlighting the importance of focusing on performance amidst the ongoing investigation.

Verstappen emphasized the need for a speedy resolution for everyone’s benefit, especially with the upcoming season and the focus on improving performance.

Toto Wolff and Zak Brown also commented on the investigation, highlighting the broader impact it has on the Formula 1 community. Meanwhile, Horner reiterated his inability to comment due to the ongoing process but expressed hope for a prompt resolution.

A resolution on the investigation is expected early next week, bringing some closure to the situation. In the meantime, Horner continues with his duties as team principal at Red Bull Racing.
