Members of the 1982-83 Bridgeport boys basketball team, as well as cheerleaders and the trainer from the season, pictured during the Bulldogs’ celebration weekend on Friday, Sept. 1, 2023. The team was added to the Bridgeport Wall of Fame. Coached by Jim “Dubie” Dialer, the team compiled a 22-4 record while averaging 71.8 point per game, allowing 60.2 points per game. They won the OVAC championship, sectional championship, district championship and came one game away from the state final four. The team was led by Dave Barritt, Todd Schambach, Bobby Mroczkowski and Steve Milonovich.
