Andre Onana completes Manchester United medical ahead of £47.2m transfer from Inter Milan | Football News

Manchester United will pay Inter Milan an initial fee of €51m (£43.8m) for Andre Onana, with an additional €4m (£3.4m) in potential add-ons. Onana will replace David De Gea as Man Utd’s No 1 goalkeeper after De Gea ended his 12-year stay at Old Trafford. It is expected that an announcement of the transfer will be made soon. Onana has completed a medical with Man Utd and is expected to join his new team in the US for pre-season. The deal with Inter Milan allows Onana to join Man Utd, reuniting him with his former Ajax manager, Erik ten Hag. In addition, Man Utd is exploring the signing of Zion Suzuki from Urawa Red Diamonds as a replacement for De Gea.
