LISBON — A man from Mingo Junction was served Monday with a secret indictment for felonious assault, a second-degree felony.
Charles Patton, 41, was served in Jefferson County with the charge issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury. The indictment alleged that Patton knowingly caused serious physical harm to Jordan Dalrymple on May 31, 2022.
Also served with a secret indictment was Andrea Banfield, 34, Smithfield Street, East Liverpool, charged with fifth-degree felonies of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound, and misdemeanors of possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges all stem from Nov. 7, 2022 when she allegedly possessed methamphetamine, fentanyl-related compound, lorazepam and drug paraphernalia.
