Please refer to the download links at the right for 2019 WYFL Hybrid League Rules, 2019 D & JC League Rules, as well as other helpful information. The 6th, 7th & 8th Grade Traveling teams follow the D & JC League Rules, as well as the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA). The rules for the Junior Division were created by the WYFL Board of Directors and were developed with an emphasis on the themes of fair play, instruction, safety and the enjoyment of the kids. The rules for the Flag League were developed by Matt Amundson (Former Director, Whitewater City Parks & Rec) and approved by the WYFL Board emphasizing on the same attributes as the Junior Division.
