The French side certainly needed some luck to edge past Lens over the weekend, as they played against ten men for well over an hour. Kylian Mbappe, Vitinha, and Lionel Messi scored goals before the break to showcase that one-man dominance in the match, before Lens pulled a goal back with half an hour remaining.
The writing already appears to be on the wall for Angers, as they sit bottom of the league standings at this late stage of the season.
