Following two days of heated group stage matches, the ONE Esports Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Invitational 2023 playoffs (MPLI 2023 playoffs) are down to the final eight teams in the competition’s last stage.
MPL PH teams AP Bren, ECHO, and RSG PH, and MPL MY champions HomeBois dominated their respective groups to secure their spots in the upper bracket.
The only Indonesian team to reach the playoffs was Rebellion Zion. They join PH’s Blacklist International, North America’s TheOhioBrothers, and Cambodia’s See You Soon in starting from the lower bracket.

Details of the MPLI 2023 playoffs format
The playoffs will utilize a double-elimination format.
Group champions AP Bren, HomeBois, ECHO, and RSG PH will begin their journey in the upper bracket semifinals.
TheOhioBrothers, Blacklist International, Rebellion Zion, and See You Soon finished second in their groups and will commence their path in the initial round of the lower bracket.
All match-ups are best-of-three, with the exception of the grand final, which is a best-of-five contest to decide the ultimate winner.
